2 tubes buttermilk biscuits 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. vanilla ice cream 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. margarine
Mix cinnamon & sugar. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place in a greased bundt pan (or 9x13 pan). Melt ice cream, margarine and brown sugar together. Pour over biscuits just before you put them in the oven. Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes
