1/2 CUP DRY WHITE WINE OR DRY VERMOUTH
3/4 tsp TARRAGON
2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
3-4 tsp PARMESAN
3-4 tsp PAPRIKA
SALT & WHITE PEPPER

GREASE GLASS BAKING DISH WITH PAM. SEASON BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WINE, TARRAGON AND GARLIC ADD CHICKEN-MARINATE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR, TURNING OCCASIONALLY. FOLD IN HALF LENGTHWISE. SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN & PAPRIKA. BAKE @ 350 FOR 30-35 MINUTES.

SERVE WITH RICE PILAF. OK TO MARINATE & COOK IN SAME DISH.
