Ingredients:  
1 medium white/red onion, chopped
1 small green/red bell pepper, chopped
5 fresh medium tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
l lb. lean ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 (small) jalapeņos, diced (use amount based on your taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain well. Add onion and bell pepper, simmer 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, chilies, cheese and seasonings. Simmer, stirring until well blended. Serve warm with tortilla chips or assortment of chips and crackers.
