3 cups cooked mashed sweet potato
( canned sweet potato can also be used)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup of heavy whip cream
1 stick melted butter
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly grease your baking dish

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, cream, butter, vanilla and salt. Whip with a mixer. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes,
