1/2 c. shortening,
2 c. sugar,
2 eggs,
1/4 t. cinnamon,
1/4 t. salt,
4 T. cocoa,
1/3 c. buttermilk,
1 t. vanilla,
1 t. soda,
1 t. baking pwd,
3 1/2 c. flour

Frosting:
4 T. cocoa,
4 T. butter,
1/4 t. salt,
4 T. hot coffee,
1 t. vanilla,
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, cinnamon, salt, cocoa and mix well. Add buttermilk, vanilla, soda and baking pwd. Mix well. Add flour, mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 8 to 10 minutes.

Frosting: Add all and beat 2 minutes, Let rest, beat 1 minute more.
