1/2 Cup butter or shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg (well beaten)
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1 tsp soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg & mix thoroughly. Add nuts, and coconut. Dredge raisins in 1/4 cup flour and add to mixture. Sift 1 cup flour and other dry ingredients together. Add alternately with apple sauce beating well after eadh addition. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake about 1 hour at 300 This cake is really bad to stick to bottom of pan. I suggest that you line the bottom of pan with waxed paper as well as greasing the pan.
