1 T oil
4 pork chops (or chicken)
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 medium sized green pepper chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1/3 cup catsup
1 tes. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2 1/2 cups boiling water or broth

Directions:
Directions:
pour oil in skillet ...put meat in ;add onion,pepper. Sprinkle on the rice ,add catsup,worcestershire, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water or broth over all cover simmer for 45 minutes.
