Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/8 cup half and half
2 Tbsp sugar
Splash of vanilla
Cinnamon (to your liking)
4 - 6 slices of any kind of bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla together until fully combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon (you'll probably want to do this between every 2 or 3 slices of bread dipped).

Heat a pan on medium-low heat and melt a dollop of butter to help prevent sticking. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and fry until browned before flipping. Top with your favourite toppings (although they are great just as is).

Personal Notes:
So easy my 7 year old makes these himself (under strict supervision of course).
