5 cups fresh sliced peaches
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced peaches in pastry shell.
Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over peaches.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Can be made in small individual pastry shells. Use directions above. Bake for 35 minutes. Yields 16 pastry tarts.
