3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
½ tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chocolate chips (or nuts or raisins)

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Bake in 3 greased medium (or 2 large) sized loaf pans at 325º for 1 hr.
