1 lb. hamburger
1 can sliced mushrooms
small onion (chopped)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can milk
10-12 cooked lasagna noodles
approx. 1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in large fry pan. Add mushrooms, soup, milk and seasoning (salt and pepper or, what I use, Italian seasoning mix). Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Cook together until all cheese is melted and mixed in. Layer in 9"X12" pan - noodles, hamburger mixture, mozzarella, hamburger mixture, noodles, mozzarella. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in 350 F oven for 20-30 min.
