1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. mint flavouring
6 1/2- 71/2 c. icing sugar
granulated sugar for dipping or molding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except granulated sugar in big bowl until you can make balls with it. If molding, dip in granulated sugar and press into molds. Set for approximately. 15-20 min., remove from mold and dry flat. Store in airtight container. Can also use this recipe for the middle of chocolate mints. Just make disc shapes with the cream cheese mixture and let dry. Dip into melted chocolate and let dry on waxed paper. Easy and good! :)
