4 large ears of corn cut off the cob to measure 2 cups
1/2 c milk and 1/3 c melted butter........or
1/2 c cream with a small piece of butter melted
1 egg
3 T flour
1/4 t Baking Powder
1/4 t salt



Small piece of butter (the size of a walnut)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together.
Use a quarter cup measure filled and dropped on a greased griddle. Cook until lightly brown on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup.
