1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/3 c. Parsley
1/2 c. Cilantro
1/3 c. Chopped Sweet Onion
6 lg. Cloves Garlic (or more to your taste)
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Ground Red Pepper (or more to + heat)
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Salt to taste

You can finely chop all the ingredients and whisk together or use a food processor. I rough chop all the ingredients, put in the food processor and turn to liquid paste!! Much easier!!

Use the sauce over any type of meat. Best over beef tenderloin! Great as a marinade. Don't forget to put under the skin of chicken and grill!!
