1 Devil's Food cake mix
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 (5oz) pkg chocolate covered thin mints

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, and butter. Add eggs and mix weill. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes or until set. Immediately press a mint in center of each cookie. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
