1 can of chickpeas, reserve juice
3-4 TBSP of Tahini
1 to 1 1/2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp each salt, garlic, cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients well, slowly adding reserved juice as needed. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
