1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, chopped
2 (8 oz) cans chili peppers, drained
1 pint cottage cheese

1. Beat eggs and mix all the other ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
