1 c. (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
Dash of cayenne
25 medium size pitted ripe or stuffed green olives, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together cheese and butter until well blended and creamy. Stir in flour and cayenne. Warp a teaspoon of dough around each olive, covering completely.

2. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF for 15 minutes. These puffs can be prepared up to 2 days in advance, wrapped and refrigerated until ready to bake, or they may be frozen.
