Bring chicken and broth to a good rolling boil, add butter, season to taste. Put biscuits in a bowl with some flour in it and coat biscuits real good, flatten biscuits with your fingers and " Pinch off " little chunks of flattened biscuits into the boiling pot. Add extra water as needed.( some people like a little more broth , some like less, if you want to reheat them later add a little water.) Reduce heat to a low simmer and stir often to prevent sticking.
