1/2 onion
5-6 hot pepper rings
1/4 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 tomato, seeded
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
1/4 lb. ham
1/4 lb. prosciutto
1/4 lb. roast turkey
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
8 hoagie/sub rolls cut into slices for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, hot pepper rings, lettuce and tomato into bite size pieces. Dice meats and cheese. Combine chopped ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes together. Toss vegetable and meat mixture with mayonnaise mixture until well coated. Put dip in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with bread slices.
