1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1 cup salted roasted peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In 1-1/2 quart microwave safe casserole stir together sugar and syrup. Microwave on High level (10) for 4 minutes. Stir in peanuts, microwave at mid-high (8) for 2 -5 minutes, peanuts should be light brown and syrup very hot. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet; let cool 15-30 minutes. When cool break into pieces and store in airtight container.
