5 large potatoes diced
1 stalk of celery diced
1 large onion diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 cups small scallops
3 or 4 sole or haddock fillets
1 can of crab meat
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 litre of creamo or blend
2 cups milk
1 pkg of potato flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot melt butter and add onion and celery and cook a few minutes. Add potatoes and lemon juice and then just enough water to cover them and cook them. Pour in the blend and milk and add the mayo, salt and pepper. Add the fish and cook only a few minutes until done. You can thicken the chowder with the potato flakes if you like.

You can add a can of clams or lobster...
You could also fry some bacon with the onions and celery. Don't overcook the fish. Serve with biscuits.
