9-inch unbaked pie shell
6 slices cheese
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
1 tablespoon flour
6 ounces crabmeat (drained)
4-1/2 ounces small canned shrimp (drained)
1-1/2 cup half & half
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into pieces. In large bowl toss cheese, scallions and pimento with flour. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake on lowest oven rack for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees, and bake 20 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
