3/4 C. oleo
1-1/2 C. brown sugar
2 T. water
2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2-1/2 C. flour
1-1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Andes creme-de-mint candy wafers (unwrapped)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve oleo, sugar and water on low heat, add chips and stir until melted. Pour in large bowl and cool. Beat eggs in oleo mixture with mixer on high. Add dry ingredients and blend with mixer on low speed. Chill 1 hr. Roll in balls. Bake at 350 for 12-13 min. When you remove from oven, place Andes mint on each cookie and then remove from cookie sheets. When the mint gets soft, spread with finger and let cookies cool.
