1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce
12 lasagne noodles, partially cooked, drained, rinsed
Filling:
2 c. ricotta/cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
additional 1/2 c. grated parmesan or romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions, not over-cooking, then drain and rinse in cold water. Mix Ricotta, eggs, oregano and 1/2 c. grated parmesan in medium bowl. In 9 x 13" pan, spread thick layer of tomato sauce. Then layer noodles the long way, overlapping slightly. Then spread cheese mixture and top with sauce, then 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat until noodles are gone. Spread tomato sauce on top, followed by additional parmesan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
