2 1/4 cups picante sauce
4 1/2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
6 boneless chicken breast halves
4 1/2 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken breasts in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
