1 T. butter
Small onion
6 - 8 strips bacon
3 potatoes (cubed)
1 5oz. can evaporated milk
2 cans creamed corn
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large fry pan, add diced onion and bacon. Once cooked drain most of the grease. Add potatoes and enough water to cover, boil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
