Ingredients:  
French or Italian bread cut in 1" cubes
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheeses and butter in a saucepan. Dip bread cubes in melted cheese. Put on trays, cover with wax paper and freeze. After frozen, remove from trays and place in plastic bag. When ready to serve, place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
