1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. regular sausage
6 slices white bread (remove crust)
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x12 in. casserole dish. Butter both sides of the 6 slices of bread (crust off). Put bread slices on bottom of dish. Brown & drain all the sausage. Sprinkle all the sausage over the bread. Beat eggs, add milk & seasonings. Pour over meat. Sprinkle cheese over the meat & eggs. Cover & chill in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
