1 tsp. course black pepper (per tender)
1 tsp. garlic powder (per tender)
1 jar apricot preserves
1pkg. 2 pork tenders

Directions:
Directions:
Mix black pepper & garlic powder. Roll each tender in the pepper & garlic powder. Cover & bake at 350 for 35 minutes. While tenders are cooking, melt the preserves in a saucepan. Once tenders are done, pour the melted preserves on top of the tenders. Then broil the tenders for 15 minutes.
