Meatballs:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 c. milk

Sauce:

2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
Pineapple syrup reserved from 13 oz can

Also:

1/3 c. green peppers, chopped
1 13 oz can pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve syrup for sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs. Roll into balls and brown (either in skillet or in 350 oven). Drain fat.

Mix together starch and sugar. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar and Soya until smooth. Pour sauce into skillet and cook over medium heat until boiled and thickened.

Add meatballs, pineapple tidbits and green pepper. Stir until heated through.
