Raspberry Salad Recipe

Crust: 1-3/4 C. crushed pretzels
1 T. sugar
1/2 C. butter, melted

Middle layer: 1 C. sugar
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip

Top layer: 2 small pkg raspberry jello
2 C. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen raspberries

Mix crust ingredients in 9X13 pan and bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Beat middle layer ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

Mix top layer ingredients and pour over middle layer. Chill for a few hours until set.
