4 or 5 - Apples (your choice)
2 - Large greased baking sheet pans
1/4cup - Cinnamon/Sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice apples (perpendicular to the core).

Lay out on greased backing sheet (single layer, not touching).

Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar mixture on slices.

Bake at 225 for 2+ hours. Chips will appear ready when they have browned and crisped. Depending on thickness, more than 2 hours of cooking may be necessary - Undercooked slices will appear mushy and soft.
