12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 C. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 tubes crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Spread one tube of crescent rolls in bottom. Cream 1 C. sugar, cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread on top of crescent rolls. Cover with second tube of crescent rolls. Beat egg white and brush on top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C. sugar. Bake 25 minutes.

You can add food coloring to cream cheese mixture to coincide with special holidays, i.e. pink or blue for baby shower, red for Valentine's Day, yellow or pink for Easter, green for St. Patrick's Day, or orange for Halloween!! Enjoy!!
