1 lb pkg Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 small box instant Chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer

1 lb pkg Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and press firmly in the bottom of a 13X9 pan.
Refrigerate until finished with the next layer.

Second Layer

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of a 12 oz container of Cool Whip

Mix together until smooth and spread evenly on top of the
first layer. Refrigerate until finished with the next layer.

Third Layer

1 sm box instant chocolate pudding

Mix according to directions and spread evenly on top of
second layer. Refrigerate until pudding is chilled and set.

Top Layer

Spread remaining Cool Whip on top when ready to serve!
