2 Packages Frozen Spinach (thawed)
1/2 LB Ground Beef
1/2 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 or 5 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
10" Deep Dish Frozen Pie Crust (thawed)
Directions:
Directions:

In large pot saute, over low heat, Ground Beef and chopped onion. Stirring
lightly, add sour cream, grated cheese, cottage cheese, cream cheese
broken into pieces, add Parmesan cheese, eggs, spinach, salt, pepper and
paprika. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/4 hours.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
