1 Ĺ lbs yellow squash, sliced
1 pkg pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3 med carrots, grated (donít pre-cook)
1 med onion, chopped (donít pre-cook)
1 stick oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain squash, add Ĺ of the package of stuffing mix, soup (undiluted), sour cream, grated carrots and onions. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Melt oleo and combine with the other Ĺ pkg stuffing mix. Use as topping for casserole.

Bake at 350į for 35 minutes.
