2c,Yellow Cornmeal
4 Eggs
3/4c. corn(separate juice &save it)
4tbsp. suger
8tbsp. of margarine
1tbsp. hot sauce
3/4c.evaporated milk
2 large bell peppers
1/2c Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 large onions


Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal,juice,eggs,milk,margarine,suger and

hot sauce with mixer.then add chopped bell pepper

and onions,corn,&cheese.

Bake in greased pan @450 for 20-25 minutes or
until done
