1 C. small dry pea beans
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. dark molasses
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 small onion
1/8 lb. salt pork

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and soak overnight. Drain. Rinse. Then cover again with water and parboil for 45 minutes. Drain. Combine with all remaining ingredients except pork. Pour into baking dish, top with salt pork, cover and place in cold oven. Oven Temperature at 300 degrees. Cook 6-7 hours.
