4 Chicken Breasts
10 oz. cut Spaghetti
1/2 c Bell Pepper
1 c Celery
1 Medium Onion
2 tbsp Butter
1 Large can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
16v oz Shredded Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in water approx. 1 hour. Keep broth and cook spaghetti. Chop the cooked chicken. Drain the spaghetti and add chicken.

Saute bell pepper, celery and onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Put 1/2 of mixture in pan and top with 1/2 of the cheese. Put balance of chicken mixture in and top with cheese.

Bake @ 400º for 15 min. Stir and cook an additional 15 min.
