1 lb. wild salmon filet
1 TB. butter
1 TB lemon juice
2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, diced
2 TB capers, drained
salt and pepper to taste
foil for baking

Directions:
Directions:
Lay salmon filet on large piece of foil and rub with lemon juice. Sprinkle salt and pepper over top, then dot with butter. Cover filet with chopped tomatoes, onions, and capers, and roll foil over the ends and top to seal. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until salmon flakes with fork.
