2/3c. Hershery's cocoa
3c. Suger
1/8tsp. salt
11/2 c. milk
41/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa with suger and salt,then add milk bring to a boil,stirring frequently.cook to 232ºF or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball,when dropped in cold water.Remove from heat drop in butter,then cool to lukewarm(110ºF). then add vanilla and beat mixture until mixture thickens-then pour into buttered pan.
