2 large cans of Tomato Soup
2 cans of petite diced tomatoes (or fresh)
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 T minced Garlic
1 1/2 t Paprika
1 1/2 t Basil
1 - 8 oz block of PHILLY cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and minced garlic in butter in large sauce pan. Add all ingredients except cream cheese. Bring to a boil. Add cream cheese and simmer until cheese is melted (this takes a while). Stir frequently during this time.

This is my all-time favorite soup! I use low fat milk and cream cheese and its just as good.
