Ingredients:  
1 head of fresh cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower. Saute butter, onions, and celery. Add flour to butter mixture, stir until smooth. Add milk and continue stirring until smooth. Add buillon cubes. When cauliflower is tender, add to milk mixture. Heat until warm.

This soup can easily be changed to Broccoli Soup or Cauliflower and Ham Soup.
