1 lb. skinless cod fillets
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, cheese and paprika. Dredge fish in cornmeal mixture. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange fish in baking pan and drizzle with oil. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4
