Carrot Cake Recipe

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
2 cups flour

2 cups grated carrots
1 - 8 oz can drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 box of Confectioners Sugar
1 t vanilla

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Blend and mix with dry ingredients. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a sprayed 13 x 9 pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 350

While baking, mix frosting ingredients and frost cake when cool
