1/2 lb white chicken meat, cooked & shredded
1 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions, shredded

DRESSING
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon MSG (optional)
1/4 cup salad oil (not olive oil)
2 Tablespoons toasted almonds or peanuts

Combine all ingredients & mix before serving
