1/2 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp. cream style prepared horseradish
1 tbs. Dijon style mustard
1 - 2 Tbsp. Cracked peppercorn

Directions:
In a chilled bowl beat whipoping cream just until soft peaks form. Fold in horseradish & Dijon mustard. Cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Sprinkled with cracked pepper. Makes 1 cup.
