Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 ounces of thinly sliced smoked salmon*
2 Naan bread (Pitas are OK too – they’re a little more flimsy so won’t be as dainty to serve)
8 ounces cream cheese (plain)
1/4 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
3 – 4 Tsp (small) capers
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
*I buy the large package of smoked salmon at Costco. 1 package is enough to do 6-8 Naan bread. I separate the salmon into serving lots and freeze – it freezes well.
Pre-heat oven to 400ºF. Soak onions in cold water (minimum 1/2 hour); drain well. Drain capers. Spread cream cheese over Naan bread. Add salmon – leaving some of the cream cheese visible. Top with onions and capers
Heat until slightly warm (3-5 minutes - onions will still be fresh vs. baked)
Loosely squeeze lemon over top. Serve with lemon wedges.
