1 stick butter of margarine
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9" x 13" pyrex pan in 375 degree oven. Beat remaining ingredients in blender or mixer.
Pour mixture in hot pan and bake 20-30 minutes until fluffy and brown.

Serve with: sliced fresh strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries, cooked spiced apples, whipped cream, brown sugar or any other topping of choice.
